No there are guess taking a lot of hard shots and unnecessary shots throughout the season and it's going to be hard to make 6/10 for the rest of your career lol

What if someone shot 6/10 in one game and then they never played another game? Would that count towards the record or what is the minimum amount of shots or games played in order to break the record?

No way. Averaging 6/10 over an entire career is insane. A lot of players today can't even hit 60% free throws. The art of the mid-range jumper has faded out over the past decade. I can't see it happening

Vote this guy into the Hall of Fame already!

Field goal percentages have gone down in recent years, even among big men. Since I don't see the lure of the outside shot dying with time, I vote no on this one.

Oh, and these threads are fun!

    Time for my opinion! lol

I say absolutely not...there are maybe 2 players per season that shoot 60% from the field - we are talking for an ENTIRE career...not just one season...so, shooting 60% for your entire career would be nearly impossible, even with players like Dwight Howard in the league.
