should I be worried?

I was just looking at completed listings for the ud black garnett jersey auto like the one I won and I came across another auction from the same seller I won mine off of and its the same exact card 36/50 even the same picture used in the auction where it ended on 07/30 for 46.01. My concern is did the seller relist the item after it had already sold and they got the money or do you think the buyer decided not to go through with it so they relisted it a few days later.

**********UPDATE*********: I still have not received this card. The seller claims they shipped it on 8/14 from West Virginia and I only live in Kentucky. This card should have definitely been here by now. It is now 8/21/2009.

I'm gonna guess that the buyer didn't want it, and the seller relisted it.

I had one of them concerns before as well! I won something off of ebay and did a completed listing and found it there as well that had ended a few days before i bidded on the same one! The buyer backed out, and i got the card 2 days later! SO like the guy above me posted, the buyer proboly didnt want it!

well it doesnt get more blatant than that and either these 2 guys arent getting it or im not getting it but i think you should be worried if you didnt get your card yet.

well I just paid for it on Friday so I wouldn't have it yet but I am really hoping that I get it and didn't just get screwed.

Brettboy, like i said man just give it til weds and if nothing like no DC # or nothing in the mail then id worry about it! Give the seller time to get it out! Did you pay with paypal?

yep sure did so I know I can file a claim if nothing. I did email the seller and ask them since I noticed so I will hold out for a reply from them.

oh no it's not relisted. Someone bought it before me on 07/30 for 46.01 it was then relisted and I won it a few days ago for 34.60 so I asked the seller if the original buyer didnt follow through with buying it.
