You want to talk about crazy, how's it any different when KG snarls and yells like maniac... not to mention he talks to himself?
Like Kobe in that picture, KG is pumped...and who doesn't talk to themselves? Whether outloud or in your head, everyone talks to themselves.
Alas, now that he got that last monkey off his back by proving he could win a Championship without Shaq, I could now peacefully enjoy Kobe’s last few seasons of greatness.
I was just going to say this:
And also, haters (not me) are still going to say Kobe can't win without a good center. They are probably going to blame Memphis for the championships.
Jokingly, of course...but, people will bring that up, just like people bring up anything even remotely negative about any great of the game.

I fully anticipate that haters will continue to hate, they're always going to refuse to admit that they were wrong. That's why i still hear some people say that Jordan wouldn't have won so many championships without Pippen...It's just ridicules.
However, Kobe winning a championship wasn't only to silence the haters, but it was also to reassure our (Kobe fans) support towards Kobe. Trust me, we would have probably turned our back on Kobe if he didn't deliver the fans of LA a Championship. Especially since we traded Shaq, just so Kobe could have the team for himself to lead.
Also, I think all players have there share of dirty plays. Nobody's perfect. Heck, even Derek Fisher, who I thought was the most clean and honest player in the league, had his share too if you know what I mean..

Fisher.... no comment. Haha.
One thing to add. For every annoying Kobe hater, there seems to be a Kobe obsessed fan. And those fans are... not bright at all. On another board, there was one person that was saying how great Kobe was. He was saying how he is better than any Laker player in history and Jordan.

Didn't the Hornets trade Kobe because he refused to play for them? That is what someone told me a few weeks ago. I don't know how true it is, but that is just what I was told.

Lol yea Fisher definitely had his moment...no comment sounds good haha
There are those who are Kobe fans just because he's a superstar and they want to be his fan lol and I am glad that they are fans, regardless for how much they know, what they say, regardless for dumb remarks like that lol, Kobe fans, no matter how idiotic or knowledgeable they are--every player has idiot fans--I will like any Kobe fan
lol!
As for that person idiotic remark saying that Kobe is better than MJ....uhhhhh yeaa
I am a huge Kobe fan, but know that MJ is the King of Legends of the game. Kobe will be one of those Legends, but he won't be MJ, nobody will. I also don't think Kobe will be better than MJ after he retires, nor will Lebron. I don't think anybody in the league right now will surpass MJ and be known as the God of National Basketball Association history. One day, just one day, somebody will be better than MJ. Not yet though. And when I hear or on the forums 'read' somebody say that anybody is better than MJ, I will deny their comment, give them a few facts as to why their claim is false, and say goodbye.
For now, I say, Kobe is the best player in the NBA. No questions asked. And no, Lebron is no where near Kobe. And on that note, Lebron MIGHT someday be better than Kobe, maybe when Kobe is so old that he can't run up the court and back without gasping for air, but that day MIGHT come in a few decades
Again, MAYBE. But UHHHH DOUBT IT!!!

Yeah...I've seen many crazy board members like that. But like i always say, anybody who makes those kind of claims that Kobe is better then Jordan or Lebron is better then Jordan, are just young kids who've probably never seen the old great players play, so I just ignore them.
And as much of a Kobe fan i am, my pecking order in terms of who I'm a bigger fan of, will always remain like this:
Lakers > Kobe
MJ > Kobe
And it will never change.

I never heard of that, and I really doubt it. When think about, Kobe had no choice to be picky on what team he plays for. Seeing as how he received enough criticism for being a 17yr. old kid out of High School.

opps, that's right, i remember something about kobe didnt wanna play for charlotte....well, either way, that also prove that, at the time, charlotte didnt think that Kobe has potiential at all, otherwise they wouldnt trade him away, for divac!!!

Yes, Kobe, through his agent, refused to play for any team except LA. It wasn't a slam on Charlotte. He made it known before the draft that he only wanted to play for LA. Charlotte picked him knowing they would trade him to LA for Vlade Divac.
