This is just my opinion, but Colston is the best WR from the '06 draft class, hands down.

Especially considering the spot they got him at.

what are you talking about? jennings is by far the best WR from the 06 class. i would even put santonio holmes ahead of colston

I can't be happy or sad with the Raiders 06 draft class. Huff hasn't done anything but neither has the players that everybody wanted them to take.

Colston has more yards, receptions, and is tied w/ Jennings for TD's. As of right now the stats are in Colston's favor, and that's w/ him missing 5 games last year.

look past stats, they dont tell the whole story. colston is the only receiver good receiver on the saints. jennings has driver, jones, nelson, martin, finley, and lee. once driver retires then jennings will move into the first string spot and then you will see his stats really rise

That argument goes both ways b/c defenders have to respect those other players. Colston doesn't have that type of support.

you've listed pretty much all of GBs receivers and TEs as good weapons to limit jennings lol. The saints have other weapons as well that catch the ball. Brees had 5000 yards last year so he was definitely tossing it to other people last season.

Now, in my opinion, the are both very similar. Jennings has been more durable if my memory is correct. As far as fantasy wise I'd take jennings before Colston, but not by a lot.

Brees had 5000 yards last year and didn't have a 1000 yard receiver at all. Colston was hurt for a good part of it, but that stat alone pretty much proved New Orleans is not a one trick pony at WR. It's not like Colston is the single offensive threat we have and Jennings is surrounded by all star talent holding him back.

I am not saying Colston is better or Jennings is. I think they are pretty even personally. But the question to answer for this topic is not who is better but what team drafted better. And in that arguement I'd say the Saints getting the same production out of a 7th rounder is better than the Packers with a 2nd.

I'm entitled to my opnion, there's not many 6'4" 230 WR that can run like Colston.
