Actually buying hobby for $80 and 4 $20 blasters (which would = $80) you would get the exact same amount of cards. Again...have to had opened both to know....I can say every "hobby" product is better (I even work for a hobby store) and normally that true without even knowing the product but I would consider this close.
MY original question wasnt as easy as " hobby is better then retail" Its was acutally intended for the guys (like yanks) who opened both and know a little bit about ginter to give input to see what they were thinking.Last edited by gmoney168; 08-24-2009 at 12:59 AM.

I have bought 3 blasters. The only real hits I have gotten are a Jimmy Rollins GU jersey, prince fielder GU bat, and Jeff Francoeur Auto. The auto is really nice though.

Only? You're 3-3, spent less than $60, and received better hits than you likely would in a hobby box.
As a side note, the recently-surfaced Beethoven hair piece was pulled from a blister pack.

I didn't mean only like it was a bad thing. I forgot to mention I have also gotten a few parallels, black minis, bazooka minis, season highlights, and just some pretty freakin cool cards in general.

Wow! Very nice blasters, indeed. They definitely hold a lot of value.
