im hoping but san franciso is a lot further away than West Virginia, as I stated above its only 5 hours away from me where the card was coming from and she said she sent it normal mail so Im thinking it was sent in a PWE which does not make me very happy.

Wait, so the seller refunded you the money? What if you end up getting the card bro? This whole situation just sounds fishy man. You should have gotten the card no more than 5 days through normal mail. I guess you'll see if you get the card this week.

at least you got your money back so the matter is resolved.. lets be realistic you're not going to get your card in the mail... and if you do you should pay for it and ask for the shipping charges to be waived by the seller... which would be fair.

yeah seller refunded my money earlier. Trust me I know how fishy it sounds. I was really hoping I would get the card but I'm not holding my breath for it now.

yeah the matter is resolved. If I ever do get the card I will pay the person but I'm not holding my breath to receive it.

Well hopefully if you do get it, it wont be all bent out of shape as well! If you did finally get it and it was i wouldnt pay them crap then!!!!

big surprise the card never came. I checked the sellers feedback and guess what the time that the item originally sold the original buyer left feedback saying great card. Even though seller refunded money claiming to have shipped it to me I see a negative feedback heading their way!

Very true, I guess you can just leave negative feedback to be nice to them, you can always report them to ebay for fraud! Sheesh that's messed up man. Glad you figured out their little scheme to get you but you came out on top.
