    2000's All-NBA Team?

You know how there are the All-Decade teams, like in NBA 2K and NBA Live video games, as well as online? The all-decade 2000's team will end up being named next year, I would imagine. Who do you think will end up being on the team? 12 roster spots...

I think these players are locks:

    Lebron James
    Kobe Bryant
    Kevin Garnett
    Tim Duncan
    Shaquille O'Neal

And these guys are on the brink:

    Steve Nash
    Dwight Howard
    Chris Paul
    Yao Ming
    Vince Carter
    Allen Iverson
    Dwyane Wade

I'm sure I'm missing some key names too. Who do you think will make the roster?

I knew there'd be someone I'd have forgotten - Amare and Dirk - I would probably put them both "on the brink" and they could replace, or switch around with, Yao and Vince Carter, IMO.

Antawn Jamison deserves a nod on the brink list, he's been very productive and consistent every year of this entire decade. Even the one year he didn't start, he still won the 6th man of the year award!

IMO there are 6 guaranteed spots..... I included some notable's stats for each player from this decade:

    Tim Duncan- 6x All NBA, 10x All-Star, 2x MVP, 2 finals MVP
Kevin Garnett- 3x All NBA, 10x All-Star, MVP, Def Plr of Yr
Kobe Bryant- 7x All NBA, 10x All-Star, MVP, Finals MVP, 2 Scoring Titles
    Shaquille Oneal- 6x All NBA, 9x All-Star
    Dirk Nowitzki- 4x All NBA, 8x All-Star, , MVP
    Steve Nash- 3x All NBA, 6x All-Star, 2x MVP

then I believe these 4 will most likely make it:

Allen Iverson- 2x All NBA, 10x All-Star, MVP, 3 Scoring Titles
    Jason Kidd- 3x All NBA, 7x All-Star
Lebron James- 3x All NBA, 5x All-Star, MVP
Dwyane Wade- 1 All NBA, 5x All-Star, 1 Scoring Title, Finals MVP

then its a toss up from these:

Dwight Howard- 2x All NBA, 3x All-Star, Def. Plr of Yr
    Yao Ming- 7x All-Star
Paul Pierce- 7x All-Star, Finals MVP
Tracy McGrady- 2x All NBA, 7x All-Star, 2 Scoring Titles
    Vince Carter- 8x All-Star,
    Ray Allen- 9x All-Star
