Beef hands-down. Burgers are great, steaks are great, brisket is great.

touch choice really because I love Beef and Pork, but I had to vote beef ultimately because nothing and I mean nothing beats a fat Porterhouse with a nice cold brew!!

but you put a slab of my famous ribs in front of me ... and I'll eat every one of them clean to the bone!!

Of those, I'd pick beef - but, I chose other because I prefer fish/seafood...nothing beats some walleye, or crab...even that imitation crab is good stuff...I guess it depends on the day...sometimes a good burger/steak sounds better than seafood though...but, I voted other because seafood is a more rare food to eat in my household.

Homer: Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. Lisa, honey, are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
    Lisa: No.
    Homer: Ham?
    Lisa: No.
    Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad! Those all come from the same animal!
Homer: [Chuckles] Yeah, right Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.

    Seriously, though. All of them.

Venison and moose...those are both very good as well...haven't had either recently, but I sure wouldn't mind having some again soon! Maybe I need to go hunting :-)
