No because they would lose their funding if they reported false information and were caught. You have to understand statisical anaylsis though, because it could be made to make data look better. This would not be lying. See nuanced. It is not a yes or no answer. It has to have some other explanation to it. I do not understand how you keep making this claim that the answer is just yes or no.
Do you make decisions with one piece of information? I am just wondering.
And you have yet to answer my question. I have been answering yours. Where is this poll or study that states most scientists think global warming is false or inaccurate please?

I am not intolerate of your opinion. I just want to know who is stating this and where their research is. I want to look it up for myself. I may need to change my view but I will only do it with information.

http://www.petitionproject.org/
31,478 American scientists to date have signed on. I dont think I have the ability to dicredit all of them.
I am sure the good Doc. will be able to tell us that they are all wrong in the scientific research that they have done that led them to sign the petition.

Well finally. I thank you.
I will give you all of the people they claim. Since they do not specifically name what their field of study is and I can use all of the populations in this petition. A science B.S could be in any field.
(31478/44,463605)x 100 for a percentage equals 0.07%.
Let's take the M.D.s (who should not be entering their opinion on climate change since they do not study it) and Ph.Ds(who have not stated what their field of study is).
(11614/1754331) x 100 again equals 0.66%
Let's take the Masters degrees.
(7153/10770947)x 100 equals 0.06%
Minority opinion anyone.
I am providing a link to census data from 2000. If anything the number will be around the same or higher when the 2010 census data comes out.

How do you figure minority opinion?
What percentage of all sceintists say they 100 percent believe in it, do you have those studies that show you for a fact what percentage of all scientists say it is a fact and please provide me all all of the names that say they do, just as I have provided the names to you please.
Why cant Md's have their opinion, who says they do not study it.
You say you are a DOC and you sure seem to sit in your basement and do scientific research on every topic know to man.
Once again somebody has shown you some info on people who do not have the same belief as you, and you instantly discredit it, just like I said you would in my post.
Plus how do you know that these people did not study in a filed that you think is relevant to this discussion. The census data that you provided does not tell us any info on what the Masters degrees are in so would not you data be skewed by just lumping all of the Masters in the US together?? Think you should take the time to contact everybody on that list so you can get their feild and their data.

Now that's funny...I think you just threw what little credibility you had out the window with this one. Wow.

His formulas are flawless.......you are aware that he uses beakers??? right? OPT=wrong as always. These equations are far too advanced for you dumb bias OPT MOD. Doubt you could understand the value of 44,463605 and other advanced scientificological numerics..........Where is your source? Data?

If they signed there name to the petition, their field should be stated. This is called open disclosure. You know it shouldn't be a secret what they do.
Also I find it interesting that they are allowed not to tell people their fields but I can not do the same. Turn-about is fair play.
As for the M.D.s , they are allowed to have an opinion, but only naive people would place stock in what they say unless it is know that they have studied the issue. Since this site does not have open disclosure, it is not credible.
Let me hear what your informed disagreement is with me please.

Wow a general statement without any evidence. I did not think you would do this. No wait a minute...
