WOW I can't believe I missed all of this! :(
What a jerk, I hope you win bro. It sounds very fishy to me, that buyer is up to no good. Trying to take advantage of you.
For sellers on ebay though, it is EXTREMELY hard to win any case. The buyers are the ones that ebay and paypal protect, sellers are always screwed.
Keep it updated bro, I will testify for you!!!!

On another note, why would this guy even think about messing with a guy named Jesus? It's like he's asking for karma to bite him in the butt, lol!

imo, if the buyer files a claim and you have no DC. You will not win. If he files item not received, and doesn't give any other info except item not received, paypal will rule in his favor unless you have tracking.
The only way I would think his claims are true is by checking his feedback and past auction history. If s/he's purchased other mid-high end cards previously and had no problems with other sellers, than this is likely an isolated incident. I'd also take into consideration his feedback, if he were 100+ as well then I would believe him some more. The post office does damage/lose items (accidentally or purposely opened).Last edited by RokoUkicFan; 10-27-2009 at 07:02 AM.

So Paypal resonded back this morning and they decided to rule in the favor of the buyer.
So I decided to call them right now and have them explain to me why they came to that conclusion, and they pretty much decided in cases like this where both parties might be in the right, they usually favor the buyer IF the buyer had no previous history where he filed claims like this, which the buyer didn't.
I knew it was a kind of a lose, lose situation from me from the beginning, but it was worth giving it a shot. However, because I also explained my side of the story to him, the person I was talking too, decided to give me a "courtesy refund" of $13 back into my paypal account. So in the end I only ended up loosing $14 through it all, which isn't bad.
Thanks again for all your support everyone!

Yup, not all was lost, and I was expecting the worst with this case, but it's a shame that paypal let's some scammers get away with this stuff.
