Only if you're taking it to the grave.

It's your card and you can do whatever you want with it. You can scoop up the cat's vomit with it if you'd like...but that's just ridiculous.

If I had it though, I would keep it locked up tight in the best protector money can buy and stuffed in a safe...without the auto.

Decision have been made. I'm going to the expo to get my card signed. I know some people will call me dumd, but I prefer having this card with the auto. I don't think there's a lot of Howe RC auto around and I'm planning to keep it for a while.

I will post the scan Sunday !

    That rocks! Good on ya!

Once you get it auto'd, the card will have a really cool personal story to go along with it. In 100 years, you're grandson or great-grandson will have a very special piece of hockey history and a family heirloom to show around that his grandfather or great-grandfather got signed in person by Gordie Howe.

    How cool is that!

Cool, I'm glad your happy with it! My grandfather gave me a ton of stuff signed by Gordie back in the 60's and I've met him a few times in the last 20 years. I've got a jersey and stick signed along with several flyers/programs ect.
I'd love to get a Mario Jersey signed, but @$300, I'd rather get a Yzerman one lol. I do need to catch Gordie for one more auto sometime. I am almost done with the Original 6 Wings set and they didn't have Gordie under contract, so he wasn't included. My plan was to make a replica version with him on it and add it to the set. I'm in Seattle, so I'm hoping he comes through BC again. One of my favorite cards is this 0.50 card he singed because he drew the puck in the net lol.
