I agree with the majority opinion. I have had packages arrive in a week from the states and others have taken 6 weeks.

^^^ Exactly. Most of the time its just customs being slow; however, I have had numerous experiences where the seller has said that they sent it out, but when you get the package the postmark is a week or two past when they said they sent.

    Absolutly this happens :)

When I'm leaving feeback on eBay, I always look at the post mark (if I felt it's taken a long time to show up). If the seller took two days to get it in the mail, and it took the post office a month to get it to me.... can't hold it against the seller. If it was post marked two weeks after I bought it, different story.

For me as long as i get the card i buy in good shape time or shipping cost(as i agree to their amount when buying) does not even come into consideration for feedback. 5 stars positive all the way.

For me, shipping cost doesn't come into consideration either. I agreed to it when I bought the card.

Shipping time does, however. I pay within 24 hours, usually sooner. The seller has my money. If they choose to wait more than a week to send a card, to me that's not good business.

I got the card today. It actually came with another card I've been waiting a while for.

They had both been delivered to the wrong address.

Normally, it doesn't (and it shouldn't). You agree to the costs. If you don't like them, don't bid.

I do take issue with a couple of things I've seen happen on more than one occasion:

Sellers who charge $3.00 (or more) for shipping, but use a plain white envelope. If I was paying under $2.00..... that's what I'd expect to get. Over $3.00 ?? I expect nothing less than Penny Sleeve / Top Loader / Team Bag / Bubble Mailer.

Sellers who refuse to combine shipping charges (i.e. $3.00 per car) but then send things as one package.

I accept the fact that you're paying for "Shipping & Handling" so the charge is usually going to be more than the cost of shipping materials + postage. Not a lot more, but a little more. If it is worth $3.00 to send a card out, there is no way it should cost $6.00 to send two cards in the same envelope.

For me, shipping cost doesn't come into consideration either. I agreed to it when I bought the card.

CANADA is a BIGGGG place man, you can't compare one purchase to the other. If it is coming from BC, I can expect 3 weeks or more and have had 2 months before. Realistically, if you didnt pay for the extra cost of tracking....I think you should give someone the benefit of the doubt.
