I got screwed !!

My wife bought me a box of UD Black, I was super excited to open it. I finally crack it and find NOTHING, no packs at all an empty damn box! It was factory sealed in plastic with two silver stickers on each end, so it was not tamperd with.

What should I do?

umm...wow. thats horrible. Email UD though I doubt they can really do anything about that. Its possible that wherever you bought it from carefully took of the tamper seal and took the packs out and re-wrapped it with shrink wrap. But yeah, email or call UD

My wife bought it from a wholesaler and when you rip of the stickers on each end they leave a checkered residue underneath so you know it has not been opened.

the only thing you can do is contact UD then and possibly ask the guy you bought it from for a refund but i doubt that will work

I hate to say it but if I had to guess I'd say you're SOL. Just gonna be tough proving anything.

Idk how someone could not feel that a box is empty, it kinda sounds fishy but could just be human error. I'm not too sure I'd go through that wholesaler again though.

exactly. UDs not gunna believe that there were no packs and quite frankly if I worked at UD, I wouldn't believe you. Theres no way that UD can let a $200 product out with no packs whatsoever.

Ouch, I just noticed you said ud black not black diamond which makes it more likely not to feel the missing cards but still not sure if I'd buy from that wholesaler.

the wholesaler is Grosnor,one of the biggest in Canada, as for the wieght my wife would have no clue as to what it wieghs and frankly I had no suspions. Mind you I have only opend 1 box of black before.

I would contact both the wholesaler and UD to see what can be done about this issue.
