Nashville just stole Grebeshkov from Edm. for a 2nd round pick. I would have loved if the Kings could have traded for Grebeshkov.

The Blue Jackets have traded defenseman Dylan Reese to the New York Islanders for forward Greg Moore. Both players are in the minors. More shorty.

This to me says Nashville will more than likely trade Hamhuis as has been rumored. Just my thoughts.

UFA at the end of the season. I'm guessing they had no plans to resign him.... and this also (likely) means that Gilbert isn't going anywhere (I think there was room for 1, not both). 2nd round pick, I think, is a decent return
Now we get to see Chorney up with the big club for the rest of the season.
Can't wait to see what else they manage to dump between now and wednesday.

i think they could have gotten a little more for grebeshkov but they are doing the right thing by starting over with a few core pieces.
