    and with paypal u got 45 days to report an unrecieved case and you get ur money back anyways, you should pay the 6.08 if he doesnt send thats his prob and leave neg feedback after 7 or 8 days. maybe send a link to the card u won so we have his ebay id.

    "Sorry man but if you put this on eBay it's fair game for all buyers when set as an auction. I agreed to pay you agreed to sell when you listed. We did not disagree to any terms.

    Friendly advice:
    a) do some prior research
    b) set a Reserve/Buy It Now

    I fully expect these cards to arrive and hopefully you can learn from this and garner some positive feedback like in my case if these arrive the way they should."

    Hope I did the right thing, I feel like a jerk but this guy doesn't handle his business very well. Chances are he doesn't send and cancels his eBay account shortly thereafter having a 50% feedback rating. That's tough to dig yourself out from under.

    I would have done the same. I am thinking with his not spectacular start he wont be around much longer. This is exactly why the paypal purchase coverage is a great thing.
