    High Gloss Rookie Cards

Was wondering if anyone seen and know how much a Crosby Young Gun High Gloss was worth? Or Ovie? Kane? Toews? Price? Malkin? I know Taveres went for $1,000. I have tried to find anything, and no luck. Anyone know of the big namers high gloss selling for a lot?

Crosby's have done $1100 i believe. Ovy's around $700-800. Toews recently had one go off at $400. the first Tavares did $1000. subsequent have gone much much lower into the $500-600 range i believe.

Only 1100 for a Crosby? I would imagine more. Still a lot for such a mid end product.

For a lot of player collectors the HG is one of the RC holy grails. I know a LOT of collectors that feel that way as well as myself!

That may be true now, but it wasn't in 05-06 when HG rookies first started. Hence why the Crosby's and Ovechkins did not sell for more than they did.
