    it was for me in 05-06. i jumped at my Lundqvist YG HG and thank god as i haven't seen another copy until this year!

    Likewise I landed mine early out of the gate for peanuts. I've seen a few more Carters since and have remorse in one opportunity to nab a second one for a good price.

    maybe we were fortunate in collecting 2 rookies that are well on their way to becoming stars but i'm glad i'm seeing appreciation in my cards. not only did i grab them at a great price but i'm getting offered some nice numbers for some of the extra copies i've acquired.

    Always nice to have a couple extra to be able to sell for some nice cash. Than again, just seeing one is an amazing fete. High Gloss may be one of the most fun cards to chase because of the rarity of it.

    My computer froze with 1 minute and 30 seconds left in the auction to a Clutterbuck HG....haven't seen one since.
