Bad time for UD redemption cards ?

Has anybody heard anything about the Artifacts Rookie Redemptions. I have the complete set and am wondering now if i should sell it off or take my changes redeming them?

i still havent received mine.....and ive only received one of my two ultra redemptions in.....

I haven't received my Artifacts ones yet either and only 3 of my 12 from Ultra though the 3 I have received are 3 of the best in Tavares, Duchene, and Kane.

UD = sketchy.

Richard McWilliam is an absolute crook and the bad karma is hitting him from all angles now.

It's easy to cheat your way to top but if you get caught.........oh my, how hard a fall is it?

I still feel bad for some of the folks at UD who are genuinely good people trying to do their job well after being handed a freakin' disaster to clean up.

Don't be so hard on some of the CS folks, I honestly believe that's actually one department trying to do right after years of blunders by other people in that area and the company.

I agree! They are really trying hard just so many problems to deal with from lots of people. Hard to make sure everyone gets properly helped without being rushed. The people I have talked to like Nick and Gregg recently were both very friendly but Nick was kind of rushing me along while Gregg really took just a little extra time to help me out! Thanks Gregg!

they must be sending them out in phases because i received my duchene but im waiting on my colin wilson

Well last night my friend made a trade and picked up the Nash Marks of a Nation Card /50. I redemmed it this morning and it says Athlete commited to sign.. I hope that i get this as it will go nicely in my Nash Collection.

But thinking about it is why do they not have this signed if all the other things in SPGU are live?

those cards are hard signed so they have to make the card, send them to the athletes, and have them returned. everything else from SPGU are sticker autos.

I see that now.. Thought originally that the fightstrap had autos on them but found out that they arnt. Oh well i guess i have to wait now.

what's the average waiting time between status "replacement requested" and status "in process of shipping" ?

I enjoy the fact that they had stickers for Ivan Vishnevkiy's SPGU cards but don't ahve them for his SPx rookie yet, mind blowing. I got one in a group break right when SPx came out, redeemed it, and still have not seen anything. I know it's only Vishnevskiy but I'll probably be calling soon to see if I can get something else. As for Artifacts redemptions, I have 2 and have not seen them yet(Ryan O'Marra and MacGregor Sharp I believe, so again, not the greatest players, but still cards that I'm entitled to!)

EDIT: Just talked to a UD customer service rep, one of the few friendly ones, he told me that they had just got the Artifacts redemptions in and that they'd be going out very shortly. I talked to him about a few other redemptions I had pending and got the Vishnevskiy replaced, which I'm pretty happy about, I'll be getting something Datsyuk, Neal, or Wings for that one which is nice as Ivan is a pretty low end RC Jersey Auto.
