Would you care to wager something on that? If Tavares had the young talent around him that Duchene has, there would not even be a Calder race. He had Richard Park as a linemate for almost a 1/3 of the season, enough said. Lets see how he does next year.

I think Myers will win as well.
With only 7 points difference with Duchene, I don't know how he would not win it. He is the first rookie defenseman to score more than 40 points since Matt Carle in 06/07.

Malkin had 85 points that year (much better than Duchene's 55).

If Duchene had 65+ points, then I think he would have deserved it.

My vote would go to Myers. More names than usual make an arguement for themselves this season though.
