Tell me why was Doughty taken over Green for the Olympic team if Green is THAT good?

Because he's not THAT good.

Being on the Canadian Olympic team means you are the elite of the elite hockey players in the world, we all know puck is life and death up there.

And Doughty didn't just make the squad, he was a key contributor.

BTW, anyone who plays with AO and the rest of that ridiculous lineup is gonna have some inflated stats, sorry dude, that's a fact so numbers aren't the be all and end all.

Unfortunately I wasn't in the room when Stevie picked the roster, so I can't answer your question why he was picked over Green.

Doughty was 11th in +/-, and once again, one year doesn't mean anything, ask me in 2 years, and if this is still happening, than Drew will be a Norris winner multiple times.

Seems like a lot of people here don't like to pick anyone against them. I love the Wings, yet I think Keith will in the Norris, and Hawks will win the West.
