I Need Help With These Terms

I'm new to the hobby of card collecting, I was wondering if anyone can help me differentiate these terms: Swatch, Patch, Thread.

    Thanks

Well, swatch normally refers to a piece of jersey. A patch is a special piece of jersey, normally consisting of a piece of a letter, number, team logo, etc. (anything with stiches). As far as Thread, I'm only used to that being a term on the board about posts. There is a product called Threads, but that's all I know. Hope this helps.

This is pretty much Correct, Swatch/Jersey is the same thing, It can even include Warm ups, Thread is what your posting, this is a thread it has nothing to do with jerseys or patches Also moved this to Basketball talk this is the Trading forum only.
