Lakers Vs Celtics Game 2 Chat Thread
OP Requested that his Lakers/Celtics thread be shut down, So unless things get out of Hand this thread will remain open.
This was a Great Game, Boston blew up for a huge lead and let it slip away then the lakers took the lead back shortly then at the end just couldn't do it, But rest assured that the Lakers will not let that happen again....

The Lakers just got beat by a team that suck then haha. . .
Anyway. . . Ray Allen was amazing tonight, I didn't think he still had those kind of games in him anymore. Rondo was equally great and came through in the 4th quarter when things almost fell apart for the Celtics. Pierce couldn't hit anything, and Garnett was old.
The bench on both sides were mediocre. But Andrew Bynum played very well. 7 blks! That's pretty amazing too.

Ok here is what I got from watching game 2. 1. The refs are calling ticky tack fouls when there wasn't one needed! 2. Almost a reversal of game one for Ray Allen and Kobe. Ray Allen got into the flow of the game while Kobe picked up 3 fouls in the first half although Kobe still got 21 points. I don't know who was worse Artest or Pierce but both were not shooting the ball to good. Garnett got into foul trouble early which killed the matchup I wanted to see against Gasol. Bynum played well for having a bad knee that needs surgery. 21 points and 7 blocks! I myself think L.A. will take 2 of 3 in Boston but it will not be easy!

Ticky tacky yes, and the fact some were just clear defensive plays...
First point Glen Davis blocks Bynum, it was a great block no foul at all like called
Second point Paul Pierce blocks someone (dont remember who) same thing good defensive play..
(just want everyone to see i'm not being bias here)
More important blown calls
Kobe Bryant gets called for pushing Rondo out of bounds gets a foul, Rondo just fell, Kobe didnt touch him
Kobe Bryant gets an offensive foul call because Ray Allen flopped, it was a bad flop still gets called
last minute of the game when its 93-90 Celtics, ball goes off Garnett its called on Gasol though, they even check instant replay which clearly shows Garnett touched it last, and still not reversed...
There were many more but i dont have time to completely go through each call, the refs blew the game for LA, because of those fouls on Kobe, he basically went through the 4th quarter unable to play hard because a flop by the Celtics results in him fouling out..
I'm convinced there is a conspiracy theory about this
