Panini Customer Service, really??
I am real high on how Panini treats their customers and always stick up for them but this situation has me a lil irate. Not to mention all the dough I've coughed up. I sent in a redemption for a TWill Gold version /10 from Timeless a bit ago. Couple weeks ago, I get it in the mail and it ended up being /299 instead of /10. Ok, ppl make mistakes, so I had to make a call, customer rep, didn't seem to care, just said to send it back. Of course I had to go out of my to mail it out etc. Fast fwd to today, I've been outta town for a week and I was happy to have some mail...........I got a couple loose packs of Classics, and the same card but numbered /25. Jokes on me!!! Thnx for letting me vent ppl.

This is the big reason why they shouldn't make the card with almost the same design with just serial number being different. :D
Hopefully you get the right stamp. Or you get lucky to get /5 with auto on it

A couple of weeks ago I created an account with them for the sole purpose of asking them a question about their product, specifically if some of their patches were game worn (as they are extremely vague) and also questioning whether some of their 'Home' patches were actually 'Away' patches on their Home & Road Gamers (with photo evidence)... had no response whatsoever. And my email was nice - I actually said that I love some of the ideas/designs they have...

That's what I'm sayin, 5 different versions of the same card. Mine is an auto though. Who's double checking this stuff?? lol

I feel sick to spend money on Panini design when going for PC. Look at Studio, same photo, just different color of the logo.
And yet, people trying to sell the 1/1 platium for $300 for Hardaway, when /99 silver is just $10. They look the same to me in the scan without flipping in the back to see the serial number. $300 can give me an auto, patch, Jambalaya, and more.. lol
