If you're in MI, try Sports Card Central in Farmington. I go there every once in a while and the prices are really good.

    Where is that at?

That isn't far at all, I may be taking a short drive over there in a couple days. Thanks!

I saw someone mention sports card etc they have two shops one in Robinson and one in mcmurray witch us the one I go to its pretty cool every time you spend ten bucks you get a ticket for a drawling once a week you can pick from pre chosen boxes or get 40 bucks store credit also u can save your receipts and once you get to 150 you get 5% off for a month and 400 will get you 10% off for a month and if you get 1000 you get 10% off for three month and they do have sales but I have been trying to get packwars and other events but I guess they are not Intrested

Its not hard to get $150 in receipts either maybe one box of artifacts will do it
    The prices are reDUNKulous
Dave the owner is an ((insert bad word here)) also

Greentree Sports Cards is the BEST !!! in the area
RJ (the owner) is the nicest and always there
They dont have much of the older stuff but always has 05-06 and up for hockey (which is all i really collect)
If your a regular he'll cut you a break Everytime
his wax is the same prices that blowout are and stays the same price until he sells out of it (even if the product takes off and everyone else raises prices, his stays the same) (the price flucks usually happens more with football and other products more than hockey, but still)
He will buy at least 2 cases of evey product that comes to market
He will open the case right in front of you and let you pick any or all you want
The customers that go there are great also
You spend at least 1-2 hours in the store regardless if you buy anything or not, just hanging out BS-ing
That store is the reason i starting collecting in the quanity i have
    where my addiction began lol
RJ doesnt need to dicount anything because you know they are already the cheapest around
He can barely keep anything in stock, so get there early !!

1st and Goal is in the Century III mall and he has great Steelers and Pens Auto's, a decent selection of singles, and the latest Wax product. Mark does what you'd expect a store owner to do... he takes care of repeat customers. Loves to talk sports and sports cards, has a big screen tv with the game on, and runs signing events, card shows, and has packwars and fantasy leagues.

    .

Is this the one in the mall after the Fort Pitt tunnel when coming from downtown with a K-mart in it?

No this is south on 51, about 8 miles from the Liberty tunnel.

That's no lie. He is a rude dude and does not relate to people well. That might be why he loves his Beckett store so much. I went in the shop and talked with his manager one day about some 84-85 OPC to fill out my set. I sent him a list via email, he pulled about 30 cards, and had them ready the next day. His manager is real cool. I go into pick them up and Dave is like" It should have cost more because we had to pull them instead of you using Becket blah blah blah" The difference would've been pennies. I looked at him incredulously. I offered to pay more and he said no but reiterated his point. I was like " Why did you even say anything" but that went over his head. Now I make sure to ask him a ton of questions when I go in because he is always on the CPU. LOL!!!

    Customer service anyone???

They are a great source for stuff but be prepared to pay through the nose... and never never ever buy wax from him. You'll easily pay 25% more than anywhere else.
