Yes, generally involves a card in a sleeve in a toploader in a regular white envelope to enjoy the low cost of a stamp...

No problemo....that being said, most people will have a dung tossing monkey fit if they receive a card in this manner.....better make sure that both parties agree and know what they are getting into... Personally, I would not balk at this method for a couple low cost inserts and such, but the risk is there if they machine it at the post office.

To add on what he posted - make sure to wrap the card in a piece of paper to keep it from sliding around in the envelope.

Tape the toploaders down on the envelope with tape to prevent sliding.

& please do not send any gu cards in a pwe
ive received a handful of creased gu cards because they came in a pwe
most recently being last week... this was the card i got
