WHEN THE CARD IS WORTH ENOUGH I DON'T CARE PAYING $15 OR MORE FOR THE SHIPMENT; AS LONG AS I CAN GET THE CARD TO ME
AS FOR SOME SELLERS; DON't ASK $29.99 FOR A $1.00 INSERT/BASE CARD!!
AND IF I'M SELLING SOMETHING ON EBAY I ASK $2.50 S&H. AND THE BUYERS CHOSE TO PAY EXTRA FOR REGISTERED/TRACKING MAIL. IF THE BUYER DOESN'T WANTS TO PAY EXTRA, I SHIP IT REGULAR AND I SCAN THE MAILER BEFORE POSTING IT. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE ON EBAY.

That's you, not everyone wants to pay that. ebay doesn't let you filter the bad guys, and only lets the good guys to bid.
Scanning the mailer doesn't let you win in paypal case. Only tracking number that can be viewed online count. A registered number is not tracking. It is just a proof of shipment, not a proof of delivery. MEANING, it only proves the sellers DID ship the item, but it CANNOT prove the item actually delievery to the correct address.

I have a few more questions about shipping, buing and selling here.
1. How do you ship graded cards? Is it different?
2. When you sell and buy card and state about cash and paypal, how you can make a transaction by cash since the buyer and seller are in different place?
Thank you.

1) I use bubble mailer. On top of the grade card, I warp with another layer of bubble mailer. People do not want to have a broken case on grade card.
2) the buyer has to send the cash in envelope. The buyer is under the risk that seller can steal the money and right away. It is the buyer problem to send cash.
