Another success-free day, oh well! Sending a few out tomorrow (as if I haven't sent out a TON in the last few weeks). The good news for the day, though? I found a few addresses in some recent Tuff Stuff magazines that aren't in the TTMM!

I know the feeling, I haven't been in a slump, but looking back, I could write off over 3/4 of my "out" list right now, it's sickening. Ever send to a "reliable signer" and never see it back, but then see successes roll in for other people? Talk about frustrating.

I hope you get him this time, according to SCN he's about a 72% with quite a few "waitings." Gotta wonder why some guys are so hit and miss..

Oh, for sure! I sent out to Frank Gore and Reggie Miller both about a month and a half ago. Seen several successes from both, but nothing in my mailbox. Oh well, maybe they'll come in eventually!
For the record, another lack-luster mailday.

No mail today, but I did add another Ohio State autograph to my collection with an interesting story!
NFL Hall of Famer and great TTM'er Tom Mack is from my hometown. His mother was one of my dad's teachers when he was in junior high. Over the summer, I got Tom for my collection of Hall of Famers, as well as because he was from my area. Today, I was going through a box of my dad's old things from his childhood, and found a sweet autograph from Tom's brother, Dick Mack with a "Best Wishes From The Bucks!" inscription! While Tom went to the University of Michigan, Dick went to The Ohio State University. Very cool find!

Joe Paterno - c/o Penn State - 7 days
The Paterno looks great; sent back my Sage Hit "The Program" card unsigned with his own card. It definitely looks legit though, so I'm pretty happy! What better way to bust out of a slump?
