Don't really have 4, but Alexander is by far the best. Even though he was a huge villain.

Alexander was the most fair conqueror in history. He allowed people to keep their culture and religion, he only wanted his land tax, he let most folks live their lives undisturbed.
His axe to grind was all pure military. He was deemed villainous, because of the manner in which he fought. Instead of waging war based on frontal attack and attrition, he gained advantage by tactical maneuvers to reveal enemy weakness.

You forgot to mention that he brutally killed many people (thousands) without caring how they were killed and forced thousands more into slavery.

You said this earlier today:
Alexander was the most fair conqueror in history. He allowed people to keep their culture and religion, he only wanted his land tax, he let most folks live their lives undisturbed.
..... that seems like social behavior to me.

That's kind of how war went back then, though. Sure, by today's standards turning a blind eye whilst thousands are brutally murdered would be severely frowned upon and be subject to prosecution for war crimes, but in the days of Alexander it was fairly common practice. He could've been like Khan and only allowed a small amount of people to survive to tell others of the horrifying power he had.
If you want absolute cruelty then Shaka needs a mention. Dude went bat™™™™ insane after his mother died. Ordered that no crops be planted for a year, banned milk. Killed pregnant women and their husbands, killed those who weren't grieving enough for his mother and (this takes the cake) killed cows so that the calves knew what losing a mother felt like.

Yes, it was common back then, but not in the numbers he dealt with. He literally moved from one place to another back to back to back doing the exact same thing. Until India that is, when he allowed everyone to live because he was amazed with the elephants.
