I give the seller full credit. He lists that it is a homemade patch and it is a really cool card. If someone can make their base cards into cards that will sell good on them.

    true. i agree completely.

however, if i was going to cut up a patch/jersey i would make the swatch bigger than that.

    good work though.

I dunno why you guys are happy about that. The seller is honest, yes, but he still make fake patch card. But the resealer ? That's another fake patch card in the hobby. That's it. Not an honest seller...

Its just a base card with a hole cut and patch put in. Its not a official UD release or a card that was originally a patch card. The seller took a base card and made it cool, he's not trying to make people believe it is special. The seller can do whatever he wants with his card, he bought it. I think he did a great job, steady hands for sure. Those cuts are very straight.

The issue is HE is being clear about what the card is, but down the line as it gets resold, who knows what that seller will say. Sure, its always buyer beware, but unless he puts "handmade clone" on the back in sharpie, who knows. I don't mind people making them for their PC, but it is putting something not exactly right out onto the market.

I see your concern but anyone who is a collector and research's will know that, it is only a base card that was altered and not an official release of a patch card.
