i didnt even know beckett has a price listing for wrestling cards, where do you get that magazine??
the only price guide i know about is that book that come out last year, which i think is a little all over the place.
sidenote: i agree with you geoff about the oncard autos, thats what makes it great that the wrestlers actually had the cards in their possesion at one stage or another, thats why my main collection is of wcw topps and the old wwf fleer cards mainly diva ones like the lip service and all that.

they are listed in beckett sports card monthly which is a catch all for nascar, mma, wrestling, multi-sport, and the 4 main sports popular cards. however it seems like the wrestling section is only listed every other issue and the prices never seem to change

The WCW Topps Auto actually had a large print run...I remember an issue of Tuff Stuff (use to love that magazine) listed the print runs in 99.
I just remember Hogan, Nash, the Giant, Hall, Sting, Bret Hart, Miss Elizabeth, Goldberg, Savage off the top of my head being SPs (the print run was 200-500) for the SPs.
thats the only information they gave. I'm assuming the majority of the Autos were in the 800-1500 range...depending on who.
I collected this set in high school/college back in the early 2000's. Malenko, Eddie, Henning, Beniot and a lot of other wrestlers that have either passed away or are near impossible to find these days didn't sell that well. You could pick up the ones mentioned above in the $25-40 range on a regular basis. I still have my Bret Hart and Scott Hall that i paid around $40 a pop for in 2004. It wasn't until around 2007/08 that the wax dried up and the prices started getting insane. I guess collectors and set builders noticed. You use to be able to pick up boxes of Nitro and Embossed for under $20 bucks on ebay all the time.....now they are now where. My last 6 box case set me back $320.
Just figured i would put in my 2 cents
