Ray Allen cards, underrated values?
I was just looking up old 90's cards like I used to collect when I was a kid and started thinking about the 96'97 rookie class.
I got to thinking does Ray Allen have the most underrated card values of any player? Maybe not the MOST but pretty close?

When you have his cards selling for 1% value of Blake Griffin that is under-rated big-time.

Hmm, he's bounced around and doesn't play too much defense, I can see why his cards are stagnant.

Yeah, that is a good point. But when you look at how stacked that draft class was on how a few of the stars have completely crashed and burned, while he has gone on to break the record of one of the best players ever, I think he's at least a little underrated. Maybe not as much as I though at first, but still some.

Aren't all cards under valued when someone catches fire like D Rose or Westbrook or Durant? LOL its all relative.
When everyone is paying top dollar for those guys its probably not a bad idea to stick some Ray Allens away for awhile.
I mean you can still get a Kevin Love rookie patch auto /50 from hardwood for under 50 bucks.

A you talking about Allen Iverson?
Allen plays pretty good defense, it's just that for a large portion of his career he has played for small markets (ie. bucks and sonics) and his personality tends to be more on the reserved side, so people tend not to recognise him as much when you compare him to big ego-centric players like Kobe, Lebron etc.

I agree maybe he wasnt watching the playoffs last year. Allen had ZERO problems on Kobe all series. Kobe had more problems with Allen in fact. His defense is some of the best in the league. Especially over 48 minutes. He will not let up on anyone.

Hey, I am not hating on Allen, I am just saying, from a card perspective that's all.

Zero Problems on Kobe?
(his Finals 2010 #'s below, this is with Ray Allen, having no problem guarding him)
Game 1. 30 Points
Game 2. 29 Points
Game 3. 25 Points
Game 4. 33 Points
Game 5. 38 Points
Game 6. 26 Points
Game 7. 23 Points
Kobe average 29.14 Points per Game in the Finals, Allen really shut him down.

with most coming from cheap free throws. I doubt his FG percentage was good. Trust me I watched the series and Kobe wasn't doing much.
