    i keep call beckett grading service but i get no where im trying to figure out how to do that for the last week.

    If you look back in his feedback you will see he "confused" another buyer who mistakenly thought it was a real card too.

    Technically he did disclose that it is a reprint in the auction so I don't think you have legal grounds to dispute. However, if you press the issue he will likely refund you like he did krantz3001

    (at least you didn't spend $176 .. ouch!)

    Absolutely a reprint, nobody in their right mind would sell that card even in horrendous condition for that price if there was even a chance it was real, and that card is in nice condition.

    That said, even a good reprint of this great card is nice to have if you are into reprints.
