I've changed my opinion after talking to Brian in an interview so nevermind my words above. Now I'm eager to know exactly when its released though : )

Be nice to know how he changed your mind.

His best argument is that it's 100% Hall of Famers. Superlative, the Cup, ITG Ultimate, whatever you pick it's past, present, future, lots of fillers. None got 100% HOF material, and if you have that it has to cost.

Still lots of fillers with Scott Stevens, Leetch, Ciccarelli, MacInnis, Francis, etc. HOF material shouldn't count to have the product super expensive to buy by the pack/box.

Still Hof:ers. Should be more expensive to buy material from (for ITG) than rookies (or even future rookies), especially the dozens and dozens of rookies that are simply no-names.

I think all card companies have made their money back quad-fold on any items they purchased, I'm guessing they are hacking up the same stuff they bought eons ago.

This was one of the dumbest comments I've ever read. Not to pick on anyone but jesus. And how about rookies btw? Fill the Cup (for instance) with tons of rookies, even if they are very hot and in demand, don't fool yourself, they must cost a penny to buy for the companies than HOF stuff is. Am I right or wrong?

Be honest, those names will go for few pesos on the secondary market. Not all HOFers are popular, in demand, so worth something. $600 for 5 packs? Totally overpriced product in my opinion to buy packs/boxes.

I'll wait and buy the few singles at low prices on eBay, because $600 for 5 packs is crazy.
