Yeah in your mind. How about bringing some actual substance to the argument, instead of writing "LOL, haters this, haters that".

dude, Lebron haters are too funny.
they will always hate on him, it's whatever. LOL.

all the crybaby people talking about "0 rings, 0 rings, Blah Blah Blah"

They wont be saying that much longer..

LeBron James will go down as the greatest overall basketball player ever.

I don't recall Jordan crying almost everytime he drove to the basket like LeQueen does.

Yeppers, we once again agree, this is getting kinda odd here.

People know i've never liked LeBron and always thought he's been overrated, but I have NEVER denyed he has the most talent in the NBA today. However having the most talent doesnt translate to being the best. His game is so flawed for how good he could be. This guy could go into the post and would NEVER be stopped, because he's so strong, instead though he tries to get fancy and tries to be a jump shooter all the time, and thats not the strong point of his game.

However, anyone saying he is close to or better than Jordan, wow, just wow.

Jordan is in a whole other league, granted I didnt watch Jordan in his prime, and i'm assuming those that think LeBron is better also didnt though. I've seen tape on Jordan watching old games, he was just incredible.

And think about this, the guy retired twice, had he stuck with it instead of trying other things (such as Baseball) no doubt in my mind he would've won atleast 1-3 more rings in his career.

LeBron is a great player, i've never denyed it, but he doesnt hold up to Jordan at all.

This is random, but you know why I don't like LeBron? Because he's way to cocky. His ego is the largest ego i've ever seen, especially for a guy who is a loser (when I say that, I mean no rings) I was actually rooting for him in the Cavs in 09/10 to most peoples suprise i'm sure (and you can ask others who were around, I rooted on the Cavs because quite frankly, the city of Cleveland deserves a title) but that Boston series, I ended up having less respect for him than I did before. He gave up, quit and made excuses then left. Jordan never did and never would've done any of those things.

OK, so i'm not the only one who realised this as well.

He gets fouled or draws a charge and he's barking out things and he'll nod his head in approval, then he'll do the EXACT same thing and he just starts to cry in shock. Like the the offensive foul on Deng in the Bulls/Heat series, it was clear as day it was an offensive foul, but LeBron threw a fit. Yes I realise all players complain, but the only people I've seen complain like that were guys like Rasheed Wallace (if you ask Sheed, he's never committed a foul in his life)

I just can't get behind players who do things like that.

I think Lebron might have the most god-given talent, but he is, in my opinion, not a very smart player. His time in Cleveland tells it all, instead of driving to the basket at the end of close games, he runs the shot clock out then throws up a contested 20-foot jumper. Why on earth would you do that when you are so big and quick? He can get to the basket probably every time if he wanted to, and there is very little the other teams can do. But he insists on shooting those contested jumpers, killing momentum and losing games. Yeah, he won a lot of games too, but it was extremely frustrating watching him always try to make the hero shot instead of doing what he does best.

Jordan was an all around player. He didn't have Lebrons size, but he could still do it all because he was a smart player. And the main difference between the two is that Jordan is a smart player and a winner. He found a way to win all the time, no matter what it took. Seems like Lebron would rather attempt a hero 3-pointer instead of doing what he is best at when the game is on the line.

So here comes the "You're just a hater" thing, but I even said this while he was in Cleveland. He is not a smart player. If he had the smarts and desire that Jordan had, I think he would be the greatest to play.

i overheard this on ESPN, and I kinda agree with it, the only way I think Lebron can be considered in the conversation of GOAT, is if after winning a few Championships in Miami, he goes back to Cleveland and wins at least 1 Championship for them. I mean, in many ways, it's the exact same argument people used against Kobe, "Can Kobe win without Shaq?" Well now, can Lebron win without Wade and win a Championship for Cleveland? He's still young, there's time to do that.

But still, Jordan would still be widely considered to be the best. I mean, in terms of basketball, he was as close to perfection as they came. I mean Championships aside, looking back at what he accomplished in the league as an individual, is truly amazing, and is hard to see anybody else matching it. But again, if Lebron is able to bring a Championship to Cleveland, he'll at least be in the conversation of GOAT.

I think this aspect of the argument is perhaps the biggest elephant in the room. Because i think the majority of people who feel Lebron is better, are those people who only got to see highlight videos Jordan play. And let me tell you, watching Jordan highlight videos, is nothing, and I mean NOTHING compared to watching Jordan live i his prime. I mean, it's something that's hard to describe, and it's something you really had to be in the moment watching it live to fully appreciate it, but when Jordan had the ball in his hands, he just seemed unstoppable, you just knew he was gonna do something amazing and win every time. I haven't had this same feeling with any other current player. I mean, I think Kobe is the closest thing to it, but Kobe has never reached the status of Jordan, and I'm a bigger Kobe fan then I am a Jordan fan.

Jordan is Jordan and Lebron is Lebron. Both different generations. My opinion is Jordan is the better athlete. Someone said earlier that LJ involves his team more, Jordan did that too. And at any given time any other player could have stepped up and been clutch but they let Jordan. Honestly you can't compare skills or stats with two different generations due to league, rules, teammate changes. Was LJ better than Jordan in Cleveland? Nope. Is he better than Jordan in Miami? Nope. Just my .04
