Yeah the Lebron James comparsion is a joke right now......BUT Wade does have a ring and Kobe has 4 or 5 don't he?? those 2 i would mention in hte same breath as Jordan but there was only 1 MJ

I think D Wade is closer to MJ than Lebron. Lebron is just such a freak athlete, but that is wade's team and it showed tonight. Lebron is amazing, but if you want MJ comparisons you look at Wade or Kobe.

A lot of people probably just zipped right past the bold part but it's absolutely true. Having those physical attributes can get you all the stats you want but winning a title takes a bit more. I think Lebron came to that realization before any of us did. We are the one's that want Lebron in the comparison conversations. We try to thrust players directly there with few qualifications. We did it with Kobe early in his career. In this case perhaps our money, literally and figuratively, was on the wrong horse the whole time.

I think a LeBron to Magic comparison is more realistic. Both unreal passers and don't need to score to have their team win. LeBron just doesn't realize it

That is very fair, I was thinking that last night actually but didnt post it. Lebron is a very, very good passer that is in a SF/PF body. I was too young/not alive during Magic's time so I cant give a good opinion on how they match up with that "winner mentality", so I'll just leave it at that.

You are the first one to 100% get my point, thank you. I dont blame Lebron for being the athlete he is, I just think people assume he is so great because of his skills, but it is actually a combo of skills and athletic ability that allows him to do what he does. Either way, amazing player.

As far as I'm concerned, lefraud couldnt even sniff Magic's jock strap neither. And your definitely right, it was never a true debate at all.
