not only did he do a very good job as a heel and as a champion but now they are pulling him away from the belt for a bit so he can make Alex Riley a huge face. Only a couple people on the roster can make that happen

Depends on how you look at it tho, with Miz as champ the wwe lost alot of money, I understand he got the product onto different areas....but didn't increase the bottom line,

Punk was the other one that I thought of immediately. He's great because he can go on his own, but also be crafty enough to bring in other lower wrestlers to follow him

You keep saying they 'lost a lot of money', yet Miz brought more press from non-WWE outlets than ANY other champ in the history of the business. So how do you figure that?

he's said before that he doesn't want to go to WWE because a wrestler with his abilities in WWE they would just get used to be buried by the Big Show's, Batista's, whatever knew short term buffed guy they showcase, etc.

Ok I never read/or heard that as I don't pay to much attention to tna
So I could understand his side of it cuz Big Show and Kane are decent big men, but I would had to put over a jerk like Batista myself or be forced to wrestle non talent big guys like wade and zeke.......but on the other hand the seem to be willing to push Bryan pretty good and him and AJ are alot alike.....

Just an FYI: the WWE generated more revenue in 2010 (roughly $2.5 million more) than they did in 2009.

Punk is the greatest of this era BAR NONE, he has the perfect it factor... the skill set of a Steamboat, the cool way of being a heel like Piper, or can be a face like Bret Hart......he could be a curtain opener and that would be the best moment of the night
