Nope, teams tend to rest there starters to avoid injury when they lock up the division, and the level of competition is much tougher i think than when the Bulls did it..

Only if NBA players aren't greedy and can play on one team, so like 3 Superstars playin together.

So, in other words, the Lakers (Kobe, Pau, Artest), Spurs (Duncan, Parker, Jefferson), Celtics (KG, Pierce, Ray) and possibly the Magic (Dwight, Vince and possibly Jameer or Lewis) and Cavs (Lebron and possibly Shaq/Mo) will each win more than 72 games this season?

I'm going to have to say no on this one - winning at least 70 games in an 82 game season is insane, and has only been done once - it's been insane to see the Celtics and Cavs each win 66 games in the last 2 years, and they were each 6 wins away from tying the 72-win plateau, and 7 wins away from surpassing the Bulls record. I would honestly be shocked if a team won 70 games anytime soon, let alone 73!

the bulls didn't exactly have it easy when they won all those games especially when they had to play the Knicks (ewing/starks/others), Pacers (Miller/Smits/others), Heat (Mourning in his prime), and Pistons (Hill in his prime) four times a year
edit: oh and i forget Orlando (Penny/Scott/Anderson)
I don't see that record ever getting broken.Last edited by Italy61587; 07-29-2009 at 12:11 AM.
