You can relax, dutch mail is one of the safest in Europe. Generally all European Union (the old 15, i´m not counting the new eastern european member, although i never had problems with any of them) countries have excellent quality mail services, except perhaps Greece and Italy, i´ve heard a few horror stories about them.
