    Ordered P90X today!

Well, I decided to take the plunge into the P90X program. I have my gym ready with a TV and gear. The guy I bought it from had the lowest BIN on eBay and FREE shipping in case anyone else is interested. It is half the price compared to the retailer!

What sold me on the program is that it is not a "get in shape by doing nothing" type program. There are so many programs that have you just take a pill to get in shape. This program is an intense 90-day program to include diet, etc. There is no easy route with this program!

    Anyone tried the P90X program?

a girl I work with started that a few weeks ago. I thought about doing it, but it's very strict on when you do each DVD. You do one thing every night 6 days a week. For me that's just too much of a commitment as I have a few nights where I wouldn't be able to do the workout. I will say that I've done the ab ripper workout and it's great. I've actually worked that into my regular workouts. I haven't done any of the others but have seen them and it looks like a great program. I want to incorporate some other exercises from it into my own. Now... if I can just stop wanting to eat so much!!!

    good luck.

As long as you follow the diet, you should be good. A friend of mine did it for a while and he liked it a lot. The muscle confusion idea really does work

Any updates yet? I'm very close to buying it, just curious as to what you think about it. I would also need to get the pull up bar and resistance bands as well :)

    Mike,

I am going to post you a PM on a similar topic posted in a different community I take part of. If you want to share the thread that is your call. The guy is asking the same question as you.

Always wondered if these worked. I'd like to know how your experience is with this once you get started.

I haven't started it yet because there are a lot of prep work that needs to be done. I'm reading through the diet book and exercise routines. I will look at starting it next Monday.
