"campaigning for a dictatorship"? I don't follow? How is trying to reel in the budget, a huge issue that needs to be done, campaigning for a dictatorship?
To me the Freeze would be a good start, but what he really needs to freeze is the Pentagon and stop wars in countries that pose absolutely zero threat here in the United States. From a strictly financial point of view that would save huge amounts of tax payer money.

What I'd like to see is some pay cuts esp,, From the top down. No seed to spend millions traveling to places like Copenhagen. Senators with huge spending allowances. Judges that get paid these retirements. There is just so much waste esp. in government. Now another spending committee. no more government

Hugo Chavez became "president" of Venizula using many of the same tactics as Obama did to get elected. I understand what you are saying, but there are not enough hours in the day to connect the dots between Obama and Chavez and Castro and Mao and Pol Pot and so on. In these people's eyes, we are nothing more then serfs.

so in other words the respose to inflation is too cause deflation by popping the housing bubble. The answer to the deflation caused by the deflation in the housing market is stagflation? I just love keynsians.
