    I definitely recommend going to the National -- there's anything and everything at that huge huge show. And a few contests for free stuff.

    Cost is about $7-10 or so....but it's such a great event.

    Just beware not to over-buy, b/c there's lots of stuff, and you're tempted to get this and that.

    and one more caveat -- wear comfortable shoes, you're going to be doing a lot of walking for a long time.

    I went to the one in Anaheim back in early 1990s.

    Am waiting for it to come back to CA

    Thanks for the tips.

    There was also the article in the new Beckett about taking paper and stuff like that to mark all the good tables for later reference.

    Now I just have to scrounge up some money for the show and organize the Chipper list... which is looking more like a short novel now (15 pages).
