Finally
6 months of waiting and I finally have the Cards from Upper Deck in exchange for the Ovechkin.
I received these instead:

2009-10 SPx Winning Materials Spectrum Patches #WMPB Patrice Bergeron 19/50
2009-10 Artifacts Autofacts #AFBP Pierre-Marc Bouchard
Despite the long wait, I am impressed with the cards I exchanged for, I listed Crosby as one of my favourite players and did receive his card, which has a higher value than the Ovechkin, and the Bergeron is a great patch. If I ran into the same problem I would do this again.I collect Brodeur for my PC
