I like your idea of getting 3 boxes, with 11 hits. At least you have a chance of getting at least 1 nice hit out of the 11, whereas like jlbaseballkid20 said, some of the guys in triple threads are nobody's that shouldn't be on the relic/auto list (nothing against them as players, its just when you look at is from our P.O.V), especially when the product retails for over $100/box. Although ultimate has been hot, it can be hit or miss in some cases, and if your on a low budget, I don't think it's worth it. 3 boxes will be more fun to break as well lol. Either way, there are trade offs for both, it just depends on risk-reward haha. Whatever you choose, I hope you pull something sick! If you pull any Red Sox that you already have/want to buy or sell LMK. Good luck Pat!

    Thanks, guys.

Threads definitely has some scrubs (I've pulled two Fernando Garcia autos...yeah, I know, who??). But they have game-used stuff of Ted Williams, Satchel Paige, Pete Rose, etc. and some autos of Porcello, Feliz, Lars Anderson, etc. I've always had some fun busting those. I think they're a great deal for the price.

07 Sweet Spot Classic gets 1 auto 2 GU I think. There's also 06 Greats of the Game in the $60 range, which gets you one more hit, but it has a lot of low-end stuff.

Thanks...I've looked at Premier. They're pretty pricey, but they do have a lot of stars. I'll check the hit count on it.

I bought a case of it recently and you get 7 cards. 1 base, 1 manufactured patch, 2 autos and the other cards could be anything. I did ok in my case, 1 quad auto and a few pretty cool patches.

Let me correct that, its 1 Base, 1 Manufactured Patch, 1 Rookie Auto, 1 Veteran Auto 1 Jersey Card and the other 2 can be any of the autos/patches or jersey cards. The boxes can go from around 135 to 175 depending on who is selling it.
