Tracy is not far from where I live. This is pretty pathetic. I can't stand Cali anymore. It's vastly and grossly overrated

Ok I live in Cali not a whole long distance from Tracy either but I don't believe all of us are what some of you think we are. Obviously this is one of the strangest things I have ever heard of. I know a lot of fire departments, medical agencies and police are hurting here and they are laying off big time but this is not a way of raising funds. My own department, CalFire, has had to have some layoffs. I hate it because I go to a fire with less people and it puts my life in danger that much more and my crew.
I also agree there will be some people who think twice about dialing 9-1-1 which could be very detrimental for the injured or whatever their emergency is. In addition getting to an emergency late could cause more problems. The basklash of this could come back to haunt a lot of people.
Not all of California is liberal or bad or healthcare/insurance bashers. Some of us actually work our butts off and make a difference. There is always one bad apple that spoils the whole bunch.
