We REALLY need a sticky on this
Go to the Upper Deck website, then go to the search button at the top. Enter the set name, switch the menu to Hockey, and search. On the results page find the one with a home page, and go there.

Depends what year(s). Upper Deck goes back to the late 90s, I think.
If you want checklists for any set, ever..... go to beckett. You don't have to pay to get checklists.... just the price.

the UD site is missing some key cards though like the OPC Blank Backs for example and others. the most complete one would be the beckett site

Can someone please explain to me how to search for a checklist and view it. I cannot figure out the Beckett site ever since they changed it to the new (stupid) format.
Thanks,

Their search engine isn't very intuitive, I know. Unless you're exact with what you type - it doesn't work very well.
Here's an example:
On the main page, I search for "2002-03 Upper Deck". It returns well over 10k results.
The first thing I do, is change the view. The options are 'Gallery', 'Row', and 'List'. Since I don't need to see pictures, and List is actually readable..... I make that change just by clicking on the tab.
Next thing to do, is work with the filters on the left side of the screen.
Under 'Sport' there is two options - Basketball, and Hockey. I want the hockey set, so I'll click on Hockey.
Next, under 'Set Type' click on "Main Set".
Near the bottom of the filters, you can see 'Brand'. Choose "Upper Deck".
Unfortunatly, the list is still over 600 items. Not great, I know. You should be able to change the number of items (drop down menu near the top) from 16 to 128 though..... and make the set a litttle bit easier to find.
A good tip at this point - scroll past anything that says "Item has no pricing". These are typically going to be packs, boxes, or cases. Not what you're looking for.
Once you get to items that have the 'Buy Pricing' graphic beside them...... the full set is usually the first one on the list. This time is no exception.
Click on "2002-03 Upper Deck".
This link will take you to the pricing page. This isn't what you want. Especially if you don't have an OPG subscription.
At the top of the page (right above the picture of a sample card) you'll see the set name "2002-03 Upper Deck" and below it, it will say "cards found in 2002-03 Upper Deck".
Click on that "cards found in....." link.
There's your checklist.
Too many clicks? Yes. Too complicated? Yes. You can get away with using less filters than I suggested above - you just need to develop a good eye for what you're looking for.
I don't really like the redesign of their (Beckett) site, but it's such a valuable resourse.... it's worth taking the time to learn how to use it.

Can anybody tell me how to find a checklist for a certain player, not a set but a player? I am looking for a checklist of all the Gretzky cards that are made.

This will help you. Probably almost every card of his. You can use the site to search up all kinds of stuff. On the front page there is a section to search by player or by set lists. Best of luck with it.
