To cover yourself I would still start the dispute - unless your willing to risk losing the money. I would tell the guy once you get the card you'll cancel the dispute.

Well no, he said he's checking with the other guy to see if he's got the card ready for me, if not he specifically said that he's issue a refund to me immediately. So we're on the same page, just waiting to here if I'm getting my nice card or my $22.

Yea, well a win-eh win for me i guess.. it was going to be one of my top 10 cards of Davis. It's his 07-08 UD Black "Ticket Rookie Auto" #'d 11/50 (his jersey # 11). I'd rather have that than $22, but I guess I could try to find some other card in it's place.
I'm hoping for the best side of the situation though.

Well it looks like the outcome IS going to be my refunded $22. It's not what I wanted to recieve but I figure I can go onto eBay and get something equally as good.
