And the streak continues..any predictions on how far it will go?

Well, these are their next 7 games...

    vs Knicks
    vs Bulls
    vs Celtics
    @ Hornets
    vs Clippers
    @ Blazers
    @ Warriors

Only two of those teams have a record better than .500 (Celtics, Blazers). They will reach at least 15 wins IMO.

I say it ends at Blazers...

None of those other teams are that good

Ive always liked the Mavs (also the Suns, spent 4 years in Phoenix, plus Nash and Kidd), but now I'm back with them since they arent so weak. I kind of backed off because I was so tired of seeing how weak they were. I'm loving the fact they finally got some muscle, so Dirk can do his thing and just let the big guys work down low.

I hope to see the Lakers and Mavs in the Western Finals. I'm a Mavs fan, but also a Kobe fan.

Hoping the Mavs, Suns, or Lakers(just because of Kobe) go all the way.

Nice little streak for them right now. That trade to get butler helpe them a ton. Nothing against them. But they lack the killer instinct. They can finish series out. As proven by the finals against the heat and the fact that try were a 68 win team that lost against an 8 seed. I think they'll get around 16 in a row Which may get them over the lakers(my team).
I am excited for the playoffs. A Denver-Dallas series would be fun. Dallas-lakers. Suns-Dallas. So many potentially fun games. Can't wait

    Good Point!!!

The Mavs do look good. Butler is certainly the centerpiece of that trade, but don't underestimate the value of B. Haywood. This is one of the better mid-season trades in recent history.

Maybe everyone will settle down with the "Mavs are gonna beat the Lakers and win the championship!" talk now that the Mavs got throttled at home by 34 to the Knicks.

They shouldn't of slept on the Knicks... What an embarrassing loss tonight at home against the Knicks

    Good Job Mavs

It's one game lol, not the end of the world. Mavs are a force to be reckoned with now that they have a legit big man in Haywood and a sick defender in Tough Juice. Can't wait to see them in the playoffs.
