    I completely disagree.
Dos Santos deserves a title fight just as much if not more than Cain. The "quality" of fighters JDS has been paired with shouldnt be an issue seeing as how he made Cro-Cop QUIT and another PRIDE champion in Yvel he played with for about a minute before decimating him... and now another mismatch in Gonzaga. The next title fight is just as much JDS' as it is Cain's.

Jonny Bones is a mismatch for anyone not named Anderson Silva at this point. I think Bader has a better chance against him than Vera did though. Vera is very slightly built and although he had an equal reach to Jones, his skillset is subpar. Bader IS without a doubt a better wrestler and he has extremely heavy hands. Id be more entertained by a matchup with those two duking it out for the next title shot. I also think age has very little to do with whether you are worthy of a title shot. BJ Penn was 23 when he had his first title shot against Pulver.

Making Cro-Cop quit doesnt mean much at this point, he is a shell of his former self. And I think you might have Yvel confused with someone else (or you bought into the UFC marketing machine) because Yvel was never close to being a Champion in Pride, I think he was 2-8 or something like that. The only thing Yvel is a champ at is poking eyes and knocking out refs.
As for Jones you may be right, but I think Machida should be included with Anderson at the least. I do not agree though that Bader is a better wrestler, he hasnt shown the takedowns that Jones has show since being in the UFC. He is so young that he should get some more fights to make sure he is as good as he looks instead of rushing him into something he isnt ready for and damaging his career.

I have heard through a few places that the winner of Vera/Jones would more in likely face Thiago Silva around June/July.

I think Dos Santos/Cain is th eonlyfight that makes sense right now. Winner of Mir/Carwin will face Brock in July-ish...have Dos Santos/Cain fight right around that same time (June-August)..and that is perfect timing, for the winners to face in Fall. November/December (end of year show)

I really like these 2 matchups and they need to happen, IMO. Silva would be another big step up for Jones, but I think he's ready for it. Jones just ran through 2 tough guys in Hammil and Vera, so he needs to keep moving up the ladder. If Jones beats Silva, then maybe throw him in against the winner of Forrest/Lil Nog or somebody like that.

I am all about Cain vs JDS right now. You could argue that they both deserve title shots, but the winner of Mir/Carwin gets the next shot at Lesnar. Rather than have these 2 sit on the shelf or fight inferior competition, let them fight each other for the next title shot.
