Then the numbers go way up. There's no way to calculate how much retail is out there, but even if you assume the same print run at 1/4 the pull rate, you're looking at 25% more cards.
Expect 100-150+ copies of these things out there.
cheers,
reoddai

Thanks for the help, guys. I've been considering some Victory Black rookies, but there really seems to be a flood of them right now for some players.

The 06-07, 07-08 and the 08-09 (series 1 only) are all very hard to find. I have only seen one copy from 05-06, 06-07, 07-08 and none from 08-09 for steen. Starting with the 08-09 series 2 they have become FAR more common.
Also a lot of kids just dont even know that they are considered black ones. There are not a tonne of differences and kids arent looking for the differences.

Based on those odds, my case break of UD2 STUNK!
No patches of any sort...
No HG of any sort...
Only one Fab Four Fabrics...
Half the number of stated Exclusives /100 (14)...
I did, however, pull a Victory Black RC (Evander Kane), as well as a Signature Sensations (I thought they were guaranteed 1/case anyhow) of Darren Helm).
Still, after spending the bucks, I thought it was lousy! Only 2 non-white swatches on the Game Jerseys as well... BRUUUUTAL.
... and I am done b itching about it. =)

Has anyone run the numbers on the product run to figure out what the Blacks are limited too?

If it was straight from a box of Victory (not UD2), a Victory Black RC would be normally about 1:1440 I think. They used to #/5 in previous years.
