you can offer to send him paypal to cover the fees for listing, also you will recieve unpaid item strike IF he decides to open the case or report you. 1 strike is like a strike, nothing really happens, if you get 3 of them total, you are suspended. just be honest with the seller, i wouldnt tell him " i think your autos are fake", that will rub him the wrong way and he will get defensive either way. if they ARE fake he will deny it, if they are authentic, he will be offended. So, just email him say hey, some things have come up, I can't purchase these items, can you let me off thehook? i will pay your fees plus a little extra if you want. and see what happens..

dude, dont buy this crap! If you search for autographs from verified sources ie, topps cards, ud cards, PSA/DNA etc, and then compare the autos, you will see differences. sigs change over time, but bottom line is this. dont waste your money, save up and get something that you KNOW is authentic, meaning you got in person yourself, OR it comes from NFL.com, or upperdeckstore.com, or topps, or bowman, etc. These 10 dollar autos are a scam in my opinion and the letter of authenticity? i can print those and put with my item, means NOTHING.

If you already won the auction, it might be a little too late to consider if it is fake or not.
